Following the idea of 'we' as posted in the previous message, I wonder how you perceive the ways in which our governments are responding to 'difference' in our communities. This is especially important in the context of world events and political responses, such as the 'War on Terror', the so-called 'clash of civilisations', 'national security', and economic agendas of the free market. What is your government doing as responses to 'national security'? How do you feel about it? How does your response compare with others in your community? How do you believe social inclusion and exclusion are being addressed? In your view, how are these concepts two sides of the same coin, in policies and practices?
