Dr Meyers received her Ph. D. in Psychology from Walden University with a specialization in Health Psychology. She earned her MA from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and BME from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. She has served as an adjunct faculty member for the Harold Abel School of Psychology at Capella University, and currently is a faculty member for the School Human Services. Dr Meyers has taught for Our of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas and at University of Maryland University College in Adelphi, Maryland. She has spent 23 years working in the health care industry in various administrative capacities. She is a member of the World Association of Online Education.
Dr Holmes earned a Doctor of Public Administration from the University of La Verne, a MA in Public Affairs from George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis. The focus of her professional career has been in healthcare management and administration in the public and private sectors. She has held executive positions with hospitals, medical groups, and managed care organizations in the areas of management, business development, managed care contracting, compliance, and strategic and financial planning. In the field of higher education, she has served as division chair, developed innovative master degree programs in health informatics and managed care, and taught management and business leadership courses at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels. Dr Holmes is a native Californian, resides in Huntington Beach with her family.
