Diversity Policy Approaches Across National Boundaries in the Context of Migrant Health Labour
This paper demonstrates how macro policies on the management of diversity may provide the conditions for migration of physicians from Nigeria to the UK and the USA.

Franklin Oikelome holds a Masters degree and a PhD from the London School of Economics and has previous work experience with the United Nations (New York), International Labour Organisation (Geneva) and the London School of Economics (London). Currently, he is Research Fellow within the Centre for Research in Equality and Diversity, School of Business Management at Queen Mary University of London. Starting in January 2007, Franklin Oikelome takes up a lectureship within the Business School at University of Hull. His areas of specialty includes Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, labour market inequality and managing diversity. He enjoys playing the piano and travelling in his spare time.
