Dr. Ficht graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with her Juris Doctorate and an M.B.A. from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Dr. Ficht focuses her research in the areas of legal liability for organizational action and organizational behavior.

Dr Mark P. Brown

Mark P. Brown is an assistant professor of management at Bradley University. Dr. Brown received his Ph.D. and M.B.A. from Louisiana State University and his B.A. in economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. His research interests include strategic compensation issues, the performance effects of human resource practices in hospitals, and international management.

Dr. Christine W. Lewis

Christine W. Lewis is an associate professor of management and Director of the University Honors Program at Auburn University Montgomery. Dr. Lewis received her B.A. and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Alabama. She has published on numerous legal topics, with a concentration on sexual harassment, tort law, international law and constitutional law.

Dr Sara B. Kiser

Sara B. Kiser is an associate professor of business and Department Head for Business Administration at Judson College in Marion, AL. Dr. Kiser graduated from Auburn University with a Ph.D. and an M.B.A. from Auburn University Montgomery. She has presented papers at numerous conferences and published articles on a variety of topics in the areas of management and marketing.
