Peter Stewart

Peter Stewart has lectured in Indigenous Studies and the Sociology of Education, and has held positions of Community Advisor to the Pitjantjatjara Aboriginal Communities of Central Australia and as Equal Opportunity Officer in Australian universities. As a research consultant he held positions of principal researcher for the Royal Commission into Aboriginal Deaths in Custody, authoring chapters on underlying social issues and recommendations of the final 6 volume report. He was also employed as a Higher Education expert to the Council of Europe and consultant to the Netherlands Higher Education Expertise Centre. His current research interest is the relationship of Elearning to Linguistic and Anthropological theories.
