Dr Lorraine Kerr

Dr Lorraine Kerr has a long research and publication history in the areas of employment, volunteering, social capital and the third sector. She is currently employed as Principal Social Planner with the City of Salisbury and is also a key researcher in the Social Policy Research Group at the University of South Australia. Lorraine was perviously a Research Fellow at Deakin University's Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation.
